Initiate Your Return
Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
